Currently, Maison Luxe ships exclusively to the UAE. For all orders placed before 12 pm , we strive for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 12 pm will be delivered within 2 working days. Please note that all delivery time frames are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

The placement of an order does not guarantee the delivery of an item.

Maison Luxe endeavors to maintain live product listings at all times. In the rare event that we are unable to successfully deliver items due to a discrepancy in live inventory, Maison Luxe will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

PAYMENTS - CURRENCY

All our transactions are in AED, any other currencies quoted on our site are for guidance only.

RETURN & REFUNDS 

All sales are final, and no returns or exchanges are accepted for used items as per UAE law.
